The Music Nest is a brain child of Janna Cantu, a professional violinist who moved to our area in 2004 after studying at Penn State University. As an active performer, and business owner (Janna runs a successful string instument studio called Songcatcher Studio and teaches violinists and violists herself as well), she became concerned by the lack of community among performing artists in our area, and the low amount of visibility these great musicians actually had in the business world.
Clients can now find all the outstanding musicians in South Texas by using The Music Nest services or by allowing The Music Nest to plan, orchestrate, and contract the musical elements of your fine event.
Janna and her associates understand the frustration of having the responsibility to plan and orchestrate a major event- such as the opening of a new business, corporate business parties, setting the mood in a unique restaurant on a holiday, or your own dream wedding.
